The year 2020 went in history as one of the most challenging years for everybody on this planet. Mother Nature took charge in making everyone aware that we should not take everything for granted. We are forced in respecting our environment. We need to think and act differently and responsibly. We have to reshape our daily way of life.

It is therefore that we had chosen to "go digital" in 2020. On Diwali day itself and with the help of our supporters, sponsors and volunteers, we launched our Almere Diwali video on 14 november 2020 on our Youtube Channel. Omroep Flevoland, the regional TV channel of province Flevoland, had broadcast a special episode of this year's Almere Diwali on primetime TV.
